What information we collect
This website is informational. We collect personal data only when you choose to provide it — for example by filling in the contact form, sending us an email, or calling the clinic. The information you submit (name, contact details, message) is used only to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to arrange an appointment.
Cookies and tracking
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies enable basic functionality (navigation, language preference). Analytics cookies, used only with your consent, help us understand which pages are useful. You can review and change your choices at any time via the Cookie Settings link in the footer. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Medical records
This website does not collect or store medical records. Any clinical information you share during a consultation is processed under medical confidentiality and applicable Cypriot health-data legislation, including GeSY rules where relevant. It is held separately from this website's systems.
Your rights under GDPR
Under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Cypriot law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact info@eoc-ortho.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus.
Third-party services
This site embeds Google Fonts for typography and may embed a Google Maps frame on the contact page. These third-party services may set their own cookies governed by their respective privacy policies. We do not share enquiry data with marketers or advertisers.
Data retention
Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and to complete any related appointment booking. After that they are deleted or anonymised.
